Motivating Monday -Motivation & Link Up for the week of 4-8-13

Happy Monday! I think spring has finally sprung here in NC! I hope the weather is just as nice wherever you are! Thanks for stopping by for my weekly motivational thought and link up!  If you are new here, each Monday I share a motivating though of my own, then you are welcome to link up your own motivational, inspirational, healthy living, household tips, ideas and any helpful family-friendly posts.

Motivating Monday Link up at CEO of MeMy motivating thought for this week was a little bit longer than most weeks, so I have made it a separate post which you can read here. It is about driving out old, bad habits with new, positive ones and learning how to change your life by being grateful in and for all things.  Click here to read more.

Now it’s time for you to share and find some motivation and inspiration for our week ahead!

Please feel free to add your family friendly posts to the linky below! Anything motivating, inspiring, household tip, recipe, craft or diy idea. Anything family friendly, but no giveaways, coupons or deals please.

PLEASE DON’T link & run. Please visit a few other sites that linked up and comment or share their posts too.  We can all encourage and help each other succeed.

The linky will be open until Friday night.  I look forward to seeing your posts that you link up below. I also try to comment on, Tweet or Pin EVERY post that is linked up. :)

*While not required, I would appreciate if you would include the button or a text link back to this post in your post that you link up and/or if you would share this link up on your social media sites. Please use #motivatingmonday when tweeting. Thank you!

HELLO there Misty! It has been several weeks since I last stopped by for a Monday link up! The truth that gratefulness is a key ingredient in change is something I have been learning over this past year or so {though sloooowly at times}! Another confirmation is always great! THANKS so much :0). I tried to link-up, but it says the Linky is closed. Oh well…you are posted on my little place on the web! Enjoy the week…and some warmer weather!

Hey Donna, thanks for dropping by! This post was for last week’s linky. Out of respect for the Boston tragedy I decided not to do a linky for this week. It is amazing though how your attitude shifts as you learn to be more grateful in all things at all times. Like Ann Voskamp said it feels silly to say thank you for some of the smallest, silly things but it really opens your eyes to all the blessings God has given you and that elusive joy and peace starts to grow and creep into your heart and weed out the negative things and soften the scars…
